1.Technical characteristics
This equipment is the nitrogen circulation horizontal magnetic field annealing furnace developed by our factory. The annealing furnace adopts vertical structure, with large loading capacity and superior performance of uniform furnace temperature. It is specially used for heat treatment of nanocrystalline magnetic core (annealing and adding magnetism).The equipment adopts novel furnace structure, optimized thermal insulation design, automatic temperature and operation control, beautiful appearance of the equipment, humanized operation, energy saving and environmental protection, can be well suited to the user’s unique production process, for our country’s amorphous, nanocrystalline products to provide advanced equipment guarantee.This series of annealing and heat treatment furnace is the national standard energy saving periodic furnace, super energy saving structure, saving electricity consumption 20% ~ 30% compared with the traditional electric furnace. This furnace is the amorphous core annealing treatment equipment which is fully digestible and absorbed by our company’s German product technology, and fully made in China.Its technical performance has completely reached the level of the original design abroad.
