1.Introduction :

1.1 The mesh belt heat treatment production line equipment adopts domestic technology, standard manufacturing and inspection. The key components are assembled by imported products at home. The whole body quality reaches the same level as imported products.

1.2 The production line is composed of mesh belt carburizing quenching furnace + quenching oil tank & hoist + cleaning machine + mesh belt tempering furnace + electrical control, etc.

2. Special features of production line:

2.1 The mesh belt adopts the step-type transmission, which makes the mesh belt bear the minimum tension during operation and has a long service life.

2.2 The workpiece is heated in the muffle tank, and the sealing is reliable.

2.3 The belt transmission design is equipped with deviation adjustment device to ensure the balance and reliability of the belt.

2.4 The protective atmosphere adopts the drip atmosphere, and the protective atmosphere adopts the high-temperature pyrolysis in the furnace. The simple use can avoid the phenomenon of carbon deposition at the nozzle of the infusion tube.

2.5 The high-speed rotating bearings on the fan are adopted by famous brand bearings, which can guarantee the operation reliability of the fan.

2.6 The furnace mouth is equipped with adjustable furnace door, which can prevent the loss of protective atmosphere in the furnace, reduce the amount of methanol and reduce the production cost.

2.7 In consideration of buyer’s energy saving, the lining insulation materials of the quenching furnace are all made of high-temperature fiber cotton. The supplier has made more improvements in the design and production of the insulation layer, which can fully save energy and reduce the consumption of atmosphere in the furnace.

2.8 In order to prevent rusting and blockage of iron and steel pipes, all ventilation pipes of quenching furnace (methanol, propanes, ammonia gas) shall be assembled with corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipes (SUS310S material).

2.10 As the thermal insulation bricks will expand and contract to some extent with the heating and cooling of the furnace table, the equipment shall reserve appropriate gaps during bricklaying, and plug the gaps with high-quality thermal insulation materials (aluminum silicate fiber blanket).
