The patented full corrugated muffle, air duct, air guide top cover, open anti-seepage furnace cover insulation package, etc., solve the problems of thermal stress deformation and cracking of structural parts in the furnace at high temperature.

All fiber lining is used to improve the thermal efficiency of the equipment.

The furnace temperature control system of main control, joint control and monitoring is adopted to ensure the accuracy of carburizing temperature control.

The precision carbon potential control and carburizing process dynamic control are realized by using two sets of carbon potential control systems in parallel and multi-element carbon potential control mode, analog PID control of carbon potential, simulation design of carburizing process and online dynamic control expert system.

Imported integrated variable program controller is adopted, which integrates temperature control, carbon potential control, electromechanical action control and safety interlocking as one. It has the function of fault alarm recording and fault self-diagnosis to ensure the high reliability of equipment operation.

The upper computer system can carry out all kinds of process program preparation, carburizing process simulation design, process dynamic control, store process program (measurement data, alarm information, historical process) check and print, the integrated variable program controller control and issue instructions.
