The furnace has two chambers structure, one is heating chamber and another is oil quenching chamber, it can be used in carburizing, carbonitriding or protective atmosphere heating process. The front heating chamber is equipped with lift and quenching oil tank, the workpiece heating and quenching in the sealed state, safe and reliable. The furnace used for gear, bearing, pin roll and hydraulic parts complete carburizing, carbonitirding, quenching, normalizing, quenching ,hardening and tempering process.

2.Cleaning machine
1). Washing machine has the structure of single cleaning chamber with two liquid tanks.
2). Soak cleaning with foaming device can make waste oil get rid from the parts surface entirely.
3). Rotate spray unit can wash thoroughly waste oil and washing liquid out from the parts surface .
4). Both sides heating units make the heating jobs dry and bright quickly.
5). Oil water separate device installed with the washing machine.

3.Tempering furnace
1). Furnace circulating fan and air guide plate make the furnace good temperature uniformity.
2). Electric radiant tubes with long service life and easy maintenance.
3). Independent exhaust fan makes the environment is more friendly.
