Structural features:
The box type high temperature heat treatment furnace is opened and closed with automatic safety protection device. There is a circuit breaker on the upper part of the furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, the electric furnace power supply will be cut off.The heated workpiece is placed on the bottom plate of the silicon carbide furnace in the furnace chamber. When using, it is best to put a stainless steel plate on the bottom of the box-type furnace, so as to prevent the impact of the workpiece on the bottom plate of the furnace.

The shell of box-type high-temperature heat treatment furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel. The furnace lining is constructed by ultra-lightweight energy-saving refractory insulation brick, combined with high-purity aluminum silicate fiber cotton insulation. The electric heating elements are made of high-temperature resistant alloy products 0Cr27Al7Mo2, which are placed on the shelf bricks of the two walls of the furnace and the bottom of the furnace.Two thermocouple holes are arranged on the top of the box-type high temperature heat treatment furnace, and the thermocouple is inserted into the furnace chamber when in use. The temperature control system is used to control the temperature of the box-type furnace and over temperature protection.
