Vacuum double-chamber gas quenching furnace is based on the vacuum single-chamber gas quenching furnace. It upgrades the vacuum single-chamber gas quenching furnace and has the advantages of improving product quality, expanding production scale and improving work efficiency. It is mainly used for tool steel and mold. Gas quenching of steel, high-speed steel, ultra-high-strength steel and other materials, the deformation of the parts after gas quenching is small, and the cooling effect is good.
Depending on process requirements, the user can select quenching with either oil or inert gas.
The control system was controlled by PLC, temperature was controlled by intelligent temperature controller, accurate control,high automation. User can choose auto or manual undisturbed switching to operate it, this furnace has abnormal condition alarming function, easy to operate.
Environmental protection performance of vacuum furnace has been improved, maintenance cost saving, energy cost saving.
