RQ-CN series transformer core vacuum annealing furnace is widely used in variable-voltage transformer industry vacuum annealing of silicon steel .We can provide for our customers vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace (0~6bar), vacuum annealing (tempering) furnace, and can also be customized according to customer requirements non-standard vacuum furnace.

Structure:

Vacuum heating treatment furnace is generally composed of a vacuum furnace, a heating system, a vacuum system, a water cooling system, an air cooling system, an inflation system (optional), a pneumatic system, and an electronic control system. The main body of the equipment is double-layer water-cooled structure. The shell of the furnace is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The furnace is divided into graphite furnace and metal furnace. Graphite furnace is made of graphite. The thermal insulation board is multi-layer carbon felt and ceramic felt. ; Metal furnace gallbladder heating body is made of metal molybdenum chromium material, thermal insulation plate made of metal molybdenum rust steel. Temperature control using Japan’s Island intelligent temperature controller, the other control by Japan’s Mitsubishi Fx2N series programmable controller, the main electrical components with Schneider brand.
